Philosophy:

I believe every body is unique, and my practice is dedicated to creating personalized treatment plans based on individual needs, goals, and health history. Treatment will always be a collaboration, respecting the client's comfort and preferences. I treat the whole person, not just a symptom. While focusing on immediate areas of discomfort, I consider lifestyle factors, posture, and emotional well-being as interconnected parts of the client's health puzzle. My custom massage draws from a diverse toolkit of modalities (e.g., deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point therapy) to tailor the most effective approach for each session, promoting both therapeutic change and deep relaxation.

Why I do what I do: 

In 2014 I became a mom to a profoundly autistic non-verbal little boy and in my quest to be able to communicate and understand my son I found Massage Therapy and the power of touch. 

A little bit about me: 

I love to spend time outside: Horse Riding, Snow Mobiling, Biking, Hiking. In the beautiful area that we live in I love to do it all, especally if it gets my whole family outside.
